Essential pre-planning results in robust inventory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As we are all aware, we are facing unprecedented times. Industries across the globe are being affected by the current supply chain issues causing severe delays in the delivery of goods. Container availability is scarce, and container ships have been sitting for lengthy periods awaiting entry into US ports. In the landscape lighting industry alone, current lead time for raw materials is 6 months, with additional time needed for production. It is estimated this situation will be with us through the end of this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“In spite of these global supply chain issues, we are confident with our inventory that we will have a strong season.”<\/em> says Craig Klomparens, president of Dauer manufacturing. “Our factory advised us last October this would likely occur. We had the forethought of doubling our usual order in anticipation. We have received approximately twelve shipments since January, and anticipate another eight containers to arrive in the next 4-6 weeks.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
